At The Crossroads, our mission is to facilitate the successful participation and integration of a culturally diverse population and lead collaborative efforts that solve our community’s challenges with mental illness and empower individuals to thrive and excel.
Our agency’s psychiatric rehabilitation program aims to provide individuals with alternative treatments to prevent hospitalization and legal intervention while maintaining and enhancing their skills to live productively in the community.
Vision
At The Crossroads, our vision is that all individuals will receive personalized services to effectively address environmental, economic, and social issues to improve their overall quality of life. The program will allow individuals to have easier and increased access to healthcare services, supports and community resources.
